Creed Outdoor Learning are based at Creed Outdoor Centre in Millennium Woods, Castlewood Farm, Conyer Road, Teynham, ME9 9EA a five acre woodland 5 minutes walk from Teynham train station, we are open all year round for school and youth group activities, including overnight camps.
During school holidays we generally run adventure days Mondays to Wednesdays (except when we have pre arranged youth group bookings) for parents to drop off their children for a day of outdoor learning and adventure, then on Thursday, Friday and some weekends and evenings we run hourly family/ small group activities, for a set hourly price you can have up to ten participants taking part in activities such as archery, axe throwing, climbing wall, high ropes, Zipline or any other pre arranged activities that we offer. Our staff are DBS checked and trained/ qualified to run the various activities that we offer to give you a great outdoor experience.
Schools and youth groups can enjoy a day of outdoor education and adventure activities in 2025 ranging from £14 - £24 per child depending on the time of year, or a school group can camp overnight for £59 per student or £99 for two nights, with staff staying free, we supply tents, food and activities (we can also supply sleeping bags and roll mats for those that haven’t got them) (maximum group around 40 plus staff) most of the time you will be the only group on site as we are only a small activity provider
Adventure days during school holidays 2025 run on Monday – Wednesday and are charged at £17.50 per child or £15 each for siblings, drop off your children at 9.30am dressed for the weather and with a packed lunch for a day of outdoor fun and learning and then pick them up at 3pm. During the day they will take part in activities such as archery, axe throwing, climbing, high ropes, zip-line, survival skills, physical and team building activities. Whilst we do not run HAF (holiday activities and food) for those families that receive free school meals, we do offer 2 free spaces per day for any local family that are struggling financially or physically/ emotionally (contact us to find out more)
Hourly family/ small group activities run during school holiday on Thursdays and Fridays and all year round on weekends, you can book a group of up to ten participants for £35 per hour and enjoy an hour of archery, axe throwing, climbing, high ropes, zip-line or any other activity that you pre arrange with us, get together with another family to split the cost, you can book several hours and for bigger groups you can book more than one instructor for the same hourly cost.
The only exceptions to these activities running during school holidays are when we have a large group booked in from a youth or charitable organisation and all this information is available on our social media and monthly website news blog.
Corporate/ company team building days are a great way to get your team working together and bond, you can challenge yourselves by coming out of your comfort zone and support each other throughout the day. Not only will you bond but being outdoors in nature and taking part in physical activities are proven to improve your mental health and well-being, plus when people use Creed Outdoor Learning you are helping others as a little bit from each person that comes to us goes into our social fund to run youth projects in the area such as youth clubs etc
